Both leaves and twigs are finely ground into \u201ctea\u201d. Rooibos is not actually a tea but a caffeine-free herbal drink that has been consumed for hundreds of years by the people in the Cederberg Mountains. It&#8217;s also excellent for brewing as iced tea or cold brew. Place a jug with tea and cold water in the refrigerator overnight.    <\/p>\n<p>Brewing: Hot water, about 95-100 degrees Celsius.
