PRODUCTION

All collections are designed in Varberg. Production takes place in Lithuania, a country with a long tradition of linen clothing manufacture. The linen we use is made from high-quality, pesticide-free French flax, and fabric cutting is carefully planned to minimise waste. Offcuts are used to make smaller products or donated as material to sewing schools and craftspeople.

We are also pleased to offer GOTS-certified viscose garments: a soft, fluid natural material with a beautiful drape, a cool feel and timeless elegance. These too are made in Lithuania by our skilled team, with the same care and attention to detail. The viscose fabrics are printed in northern Italy, where craftsmanship and quality go hand in hand.

At K. LAGERQVIST, we are proud to offer textiles certified to European Flax™, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and GOTS. These certifications mean that the raw materials for our garments are carefully selected, organically grown and responsibly produced – with the highest quality and the lowest possible environmental impact. GOTS certification also sets requirements for the entire production chain, both environmentally and socially, in line with our values of sustainability and transparency.

We want to encourage conscious consumption, where responsibly made products are used again and again, then passed on to family, friends and future generations.
