Black tea is produced from the tea plant, Camellia sinensis in Latin, which is mainly cultivated in Asia but is found in most parts of the world. When the tea leaves are mature, they are picked and then dried. During the drying process, the tea is oxidized, which gives it its black color.
Brewing: Dosage approx. 1 tsp, 95°C water, steep for 2-4 min.
