Black tea is produced from the tea plant, Camellia sinensis in Latin, which is mainly cultivated in Asia but can be found in most parts of the world. When the tea leaves are mature, they are picked and then dried using large fans. During the drying process, the tea oxidizes, giving it its black color.
Brewing: Hot water, about 95-100 degrees Celsius. About 1 tsp per cup, let steep for about 2-3 minutes
