Black tea originated in China, where it began to be produced in the late 16th century. Black, green, and white teas are all made from leaves of the tea bush Camellia Sinensis. When the tea leaves are mature, they are picked and dried using large fans. During the drying process, the tea oxidizes, which gives it its black color. To get the most flavor out of the tea leaves, it's important to brew your black tea with very hot water.
Brewing: Hot water, about 95-100 degrees Celsius. About 1 tsp per cup, let steep for about 3-4 minutes
100 g bag
Ingredients: black tea, cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin, pumpkin seeds, roasted chicory root, cardamom, cloves, and natural flavors.
