Rooibos is a bush primarily cultivated in South Africa. Both leaves and twigs are finely ground into “tea”. Rooibos is not actually a tea but a caffeine-free herbal drink that has been consumed for hundreds of years by the people in the Cederberg Mountains. It's also excellent for brewing as iced tea or cold brew. Place a jug with tea and cold water in the refrigerator overnight.
Brewing: Hot water, about 95-100 degrees Celsius. About 1 teaspoon per cup, let steep for about 4-6 minutes 80g bag
